The Healing Power of Meow Wolf

We recently took a weekend road trip to Sante Fe to explore the city. While there we stumbled on a world renowned exhibit known as Meow Wolf. Part interactive art exhibit, part mystery/escape room, part live performance, part fun house, we used the day to expand our consciousness in a healing vs. traumatic direction and explored the exhibit as a balancing balm for recovery and grounding exercise as HSP's. A definite MUST if in Sante Fe. They'll soon be opening exhibit in Las Vegas and Denver! Yay!
