I had forgotten all the lyrics and I felt so grateful for the lines: 'we are one when we are all together' 'we are one when we are all alone'. Such a balm for my soul, I felt so alone while in survival mode for years, and it is such a healing reminder that... we are all (together, alone). I chose to feel connected. After a few years since the boundaries course, it feels real. Thank you and love to all!

I felt so calm and relaxed after doing this exercise. My lungs and airways felt so open afterward. I could feel the extra oxygen in my brain. This is will be a great tool coming from someone who is constantly holding their breath.

That was fun! I needed this. I had a very high stress, high adrenaline, high anxiety event happen yesterday afternoon and I've been working all day long at trying to get my body to let go of the tension that it pulled in during that event. I was much more successful at it than I would have been a year ago but I was/am still holding on to a lot of tension and this activity helped me to release a lot more of it! I was able to find that inner happy smile, that inner playfulness, that lightness, and to release tension. My dinosaur was fun. Thank you Nikki.

When I practice gratitude I usually think of the bigger things in my life-kids,my house,etc. This reminded me that I should also remember to be grateful for those hard times when I thought it was impossible to keep going. Practicing this will help me handle future challenges with grace, instead of being reactive. Thank you Nikki!
